+ When do you raise estate planning with clients:

+ How a Trust works;
+ More than one Trust? Family Trust / LTC / Investment Trust;
+ Trustee duties (Trusts Act 2019);
+ Reasons for using Trusts and examples;
+ Where Trusts can be busted or protection isn’t as strong;
+ Where advice should be sought;
+ Are Trusts expensive to set-up and maintain, the slider impact; and
+ Where trust and other estate planning documents are held.

> MODULE 207 - Business Legacy Planning (1-hr)
+ Protecting the Business, Shareholders and their Families.

> MODULE 208 - Scenarios (2-hrs)
+ Family; and
+ Business.

> MODULE 209 - More Learning (1-hr)
+ Trust Act, Experts and Resources; and
+ Ongoing Learning.

At the conclusion of this programme you will receive a written record confirming the completion of each of the professional development modules.
